The main structure of the machine is manufactured from granite with large guiding cross slides making a stable basis of the machine, essential for the production environment. Precision air bearings in all axes absorb vibration influences and ensure the necessary accuracy and reliability of the measurement. The machines are available as manual or CNC execution. The manual entry-level model is especially economical and easy to handle. During critical triggering situations the manual measurement is supported by a very precise fine adjustment via handwheels. With Renishaw probes flexible and reliable positioning is possible. The modern standard software with graphical surface is easy to operate and is equipped with all popular measuring functions. Geometry elements as well as form and position tolerances are also included as well as forms, measuring against CAD data and data import and export.
