Description

Accumulation Conveyors Kleenline offers custom accumulation solutions for improved production line flow. Experience, expertise, and creativity make the biggest difference in the planning and design phases of Accumulation Conveyors development. Kleenline Accumulation Conveyors help manage the flow with optimum orientation or by holding product until downstream processes are ready. We offer a range of accumulation solutions including: Inline Multi-Directional – (random) Recirculates product until downstream is ready for the product. Serpentine Accumulator - (FIFO) Providing First In–First Out accumulation providing buffer for downstream processes. Vertical Accumulator - (FILO) When product orientation is critical the Vertical Accumulator is a best solution. Bi-directional Table – (FILO) Stoppages and different machine operating speeds can cause downstream production fluctuations. Kleenline identifies potential problems and develops a solution before a line starts running. We’ve seen and solved every tough processing challenge possible and have planned, designed, and built Accumulation Conveyors based on each customer’s unique need. Typical applications for Accumulation Conveyors include installation between fillers, pasteurizers and labelers and between packaging equipment such as case packers, cleaners and uncasers.
