The mechanical flat belt lift table is equipped with independent safety belts which travel with the table during standard lifting operation without being subject to stress. This solution with patented mechanics fully conforms to the safety regulation in accordance with DIN EN 1570. Maintenance has been minimised by the use of wear-free parts and the operating life of the lift table considerably increased. The durability of the flat belts is guaranteed by the rubber coating of the steel cord tension members which optimally protects them from external influences. Neither retensioning nor lubrication is necessary.
Moreover, BELT-LINE impresses with its harmonious, uniform motion paired with high lifting speed and precise positioning accuracy. Particular emphasis was placed on developing and excellent load change behaviour so that the behaviour of the BELT-LINE resilience path is surpassed only by LAWECO’s own push-pull chain lift tables. As noise protection is becoming increasingly important and has been required by EU directive for a long time, the exemplary smooth running characteristics are another point in favour of BELT-LINE. The flat belt mechanics with coated tension members have a clear advantage with regard to noise over other systems, even hydraulic lift tables.
