The 1 color micro-adjustable screen printing machine is comprised of the main printing device and three plates of varying sizes. The shirt board can be replaced easily just by screwing two bolts in order to overprint varying substrates. Overprinting is an important feature of this device which opens up broad applications, such as pillowcases, non-woven bags and T-shirts. The machine also includes an all-round micro-device and lock device. The micro-device enables the screen and shirt board to connect evenly. In order to produce accurate printing, the micro-device can be used with various substrates in every position such as up and down, left and right, backward and forward. Each area is made stable by the lock devices and the printing accuracy is ensured. The RSP-01-M flatbed screen press is especially useful in obtaining a halftone effect. A professional printer can also carry out multi-color printing with the micro-device.
