Process in-tank liquid viscometer DÑ-41 series is designed for long-term continuous liquids' viscosity and temperature measurements in tanks. Device measures highly viscous liquids up to 1200 mPa·s. All measured values are transmitted in external or internal network to a processing system line or personal computer. Standard delivery supposes signals transmitting via RS485 or RS232 channels; another configuration (for example – 4-20 mA) is optional.
Fields of applications: automate systems for petroleum products fiscal transfer; automate systems for monitoring of technological processes in refinery; Food, Dairy & Beverages; heating; fuel delivery systems; other technological needs where continuous viscosity and temperature measuring is required. Large selection of installation types gives flexibility to fit various tanks. According to required configuration are available direct insertion, top, bottom or side mounting. This technique can be employed in open or pressurized tanks and reactors. Large temperature range. The meters have approvals for use in hazardous areas.
