An electromagnetic suction cup makes it possible to maintain a device (interdependent of a polar plate) in a given position and to release it by simple electrical signal. In the case of a suction cup with rupture of current, the maintenance is ensured by the food of the reel and it is the cut of the food which causes the unlocking of the polar plate.
