Description

Key Features Good electrical and thermal conductivity Highly serviceable operating temperature Convenient processing Excellent dimensional stability The Master Bond Polymer System EP76M is a two-component, nickel-filled adhesive designed for high bonding, sealing or coating performance. It can conduct electricity and cures at room temperatures (faster at higher temperatures). It can deliver a one-to-one mix ratio by weight or volume as well as 2000 psi tensile shear at 75°F. Once cured it provides 5-10 ohm-cm volume resistance. Its viscosity allows it to be applied without dripping on vertical surfaces and, in cases where a lower viscosity is needed, it can be mixed with xylene or acetone. In addition it features high adaptability to thermal cycling as well as chemical resistance. Product Advantages •Convenient handling: forgiving one to one by weight or volume •Contains no solvents or diluents •Versatile cure schedules; ambient temperature cures or fast elevated temperature cures as required •Good electrical and thermal conductivity •Exceptional bond strength •Highly useful physical strength profile
