In batch process, it is possible to reach up to 3000 cycles per hour, for quantities between few hundredths up to some dozens of grams.
For continuous process, these micro feeder, are well adapted for low flow rate (from 350 g / hour).
These performances are possible thanks to innovatives solutions and highest standards in work.
The output flow rate is controlled with motor speed and outlet section of extractor. In batch process, the innovative MCPI's "Short-cut system" allows a perfect control of the extractor movement with repeatability below 1/100 sec, to ensure a quick and repeatable feeding.
