The Carousel of MecanoLav Washing makes it possible to connect stages of cleaning in an obstruction very reduced.
Carousel of washing 5 stations:
Connect the loading, washing, blowing, the drying and the unloading of parts.
Adapted to high rates, this Carrsouel allows a rotation of a step all the 20 to 60 seconds, according to the geometry of the parts.
Examples of parts:
Washing, blowing and drying of undulating tubes (diam. 25 mm). Give rhythm: 4 tubes/68 seconds. Cleanliness: no particle > 400 µm.
This machine exists in 8 stations, version ECO and special version, according to your needs.
Principle of operation: It functions on the principle of a "barrel". The parts are cleaned step by step by alternating successive phases of cleaning in compartments carefully partitioned: loading, one or more stages of washing to filtered detergent water, blowing, drying and unloading.
The product of cleaning is sent starting from the central axis, which allows a washing "in position" by sprinkling or injection in pressure through the parts. This targeted cleaning is adapted to the washing of the pipe fittings complex or requiring an interior/external washing.
