TB Conveyors are used to carry parts to or from various manufacturing stations, or they can be combined with other units to form complete production lines. Due to their modular design, Montech conveyors are suitable for customer-specific transport solutions. TB conveyors also form the basis of our longitudinal transfer systems. The following chassis widths are available: 60, 80, 105, 140, 185 and 250 mm. Either a single belt or a dual belt can be used. The TTBD tandem conveyor can be used for transporting larger pallets and other dimensionally stable products. The two conveyors are connected by means of a cardan shaft and driven by just one motor. Either a single belt or a dual belt can be used. For transporting larger pallets and other dimensionally stable products, it is possible to use the tandem conveyor TTBD: here, two conveyors are connected by means of a cardan shaft and driven by only one motor. The mounting systems permit precise adjustment of the initial belt tension and of the tracking. For abnormally long conveyors an additional tensioning station may also be fitted. A number of different belt materials and transport speeds are available. Significant to the user is the low energy consumption and low noise level. The conveyors require no maintenance. The accessories can be mounted easily and quickly, without any machining even after construction has been completed.
