The PLURITANK range from Novatec has a modular construction method which is designed to meet the exacting multiple requirements of industrial batch cleaning. These may replace solvent-based plants, by their exceptional cleaning without the associated safety and health issues. These include a combination of different process modules, which have bar code readers to control both product type and quality. They also have traceability systems for systems monitoring on a constant basis, and save parameters and data which relate to the varying stages of temperature, times, trends and ultrasonic power. Every module which comprises the system is entirely fabricated from stainless steel and can be supplied in a standard version or one that is adaptable to the specific production requirements of customers. These include surface preparation before PVD-CVD treatment, surface stripping applications, automotive, aeronautics and defense industries and the medical industry.
