Novatec makes a range of cleaning and drying systems that can be used in a wide range of standard installations. These rinsing and ultrasonic cleaning systems comes as a standard versions and based on customer specification. With its modular structure, the system is used for immersion and/or spray treatment, could be single or cascading stages. Novatech cleaning system can be used with hot air dryers, Solvent dryers, infra-red and vacuum dryers, centrifugal dryers, ultrasonic degreasing machines and spray-cleaning machines. Integrated with compact cleaning tanks so they can be used with laboratory/research applications. Other characteristic of the system are piezoelectric and magnetostrictive ultrasonic generators, and flanged or bulkhead mount submersible transducers. The frequency range of the system is 18 to 100 kHz. The modular piezoelectric units make it possible for the generators to have different frequencies. Integrated with two or three axes handling system with a 1000 kilogram loading capacity.
