SVELT is the modular formwork system that allows for the realization of circular-base walls. The walls circumference can be regulated thanks adjustable rods. Once the radius has been set the modules will not deform, thus allowing for an additional level with the same curvature. In this way SVELT can also be used as a climbing formwork. Its versatility also allows for the realization of wall brackets with an "s" shape ovoid base as well as linear wall brackets. With its 6000 kg/m2 capacity, the new SVELT is a much more reliable tool to toughness and stability the two rods and the supporting steel omegas allow lifting and repositioning without neither a change in curvature or deformations. This allows it to be also used as a climbing formwork.
The counter-cast treated multilayer surface with phenolic film can have thicknesses that vary depending on the curvature that is to be applied to SVELT.
Once the casting is done, the system, being composed of modules with a maximum width of 240 cm, can be transported using any kind of truck.
