Wall formwork

Is an especially light formwork system to cast concrete walls, load-bearing walls, columns, retaining walls and so forth. It is composed of base modules whose dimensions are 60/75 x 300 cm which are made up of a high-resistance sectioned-steel frame and a treated multilayer panel.
In order to guarantee high standards of quality, after the steel frame has gone through the cleaning and roughing procedures it is painted via immersion and dried at high temperatures. The result is a frame which is highly resistant to abrasions and oxidation. The multilayer treatment that the panel undergoes allows the module to last longer, speeds up the stripping operations, and also saves on the use of stripping materials.
The main characteristic of the MINIMAG system is its lightness. Each module weighs about 72 kg and also allows manual handling along with increased speed during raising and stripping operations.
The individual modules, which are compatible with MAGNUM, formwork system, can be employed both vertically and horizontally.
In addition to the base modules, whose dimension are 60/75 x 150 cm, other modules with different measurements are available along with infill and complementary accessories like the stripping corners, the brackets, and so forth.
