The installation combines the advantages of an in line 3-station machine (one cooking and two separate cooling) with an oscillating oven composed of 3 to 5 independent cooking zones.
The special feature on this system are the two independent mould-holding carriages which alternate during the cooking and cooling phases, thanks to a completely automatic operating cycle.
