Productive Systems has gained vast experience in the process of leak testing plastic empty containers in HDPE, LDPE, PVC and PET ranging from 100ml to 25l containers. Bekum, B&W, Automa, Seecor, etc. and for PET stretch blow moulding machines where necessary, these units can be incorporated. Together with our range of take-out units and FlexiLine conveyoring we are able to automate your blow moulding machines.

Single Head Leak Testing Machines These units can be supplied as stand alone units or be incorporated in line with the blow moulder. Capable of testing 750ml bottles at a rate of 1900bottles/hour these units are compatible with most blow moulding machine outputs. The head is stationary and the conveyor operates on a stop/start basis. Faulty bottles are automatically rejected, after being tested.

In-Line In-Motion Multi Head leak Testing Machine When testing at higher speeds this unit is ideal. The machine testing heads move with the containers down the line while testing in-motion. A scroll is used to space the bottles and the heads are fully adjustable for different bottle sizes. Faulty bottles are automatically rejected.

Drum Leak Testing Machines Productive Systems also supply leak testing machines for plastic drums ranging from 10l to 25l. The unit can test, and as an option weigh the drums. An orientation unit can also be supplied to correctly orientate and align round drums for the testing procedure. Faulty drums are automatically rejected.
