CNC Gantry Milling Center, type GMC 400 CNC is designed to machine the complex workpieces within a working envelope of 20000 x 3200 x 2100.

in all machining planes, i.e. XY, YZ, and XZ.
Application of CNC system enables automatic and efficient machining according to a technological program. The ram spindle is provided with ISO 50 taper enabling automatic tool clamping & releasing and cooperating with a tool magazine (option). Right angle powered tool head is equipped with ISO 50 spindle enabling automatic tool clamping and releasing.
Machine Basic Units:
- Two parallel beds with table plate equipped
with the table geometry adjustment systems
- Bridge consisting of a cast iron cross-rail
and two columns made as weldments
- Vertical milling head consisting of a cast iron body and forged steel ram
The machine frame travels along two parallel beds (X axis). Vertical milling head travelling
crosswise in relation to the bed (Y axis) is located on a fixed cross-rail. Vertical stroke of the ram is Z axis. A combination of the three travels determines working envelope of 20000 x 3200 x 2100.
