•Oil field roller chains are subject
to particularly severe operating
conditions. Regina Oil Field PD
chain design and manufacturing
process is such that these chains
can withstand shock loads and
rough drive conditions.
•These chains provide a highly ef-
ficient way of transmitting power.
No large radial loads, thrusts or
bearing pressures are generated
thus the entire drive system (ma-
chine frames, bearings) may be
smaller and less costly. They pro-
vide a highly versatile drive sy-
stem since they can drive several
shafts from a single drive shaft, they engage sprockets on either side
and drive them in either direction. They can be easily installed and
maintained.
