TC(R)-KUB
The TC(R)-KUB suitable for gas, vapour and fluid media was developed particularly for hygienic, aseptic and sanitary applications making it ideal for pharmaceutical,biotechnology and food applications.
The TC(R)-KUB has a smooth and totally clean convex surface on the process side (upstream) with no possible dead space, guaranteeing sterility with an operating
ratio of 98% of the burst rating.
This stable and sturdy design allows a simple, safe and torque independent
installation in standard pipe connections. Integrated PTFE clamp sealing IAW FDA and USPS Class VI, is standard and can be replaced without replacing the disc as and when necessary. An optional signalling membrane can be installed in
a separate clamp seat on the venting side (downstream) of the bursting disc.
