POLYFUSION 4-50 is sheet welding machine which uses CNC for its operation. The welding is done by butt fusion process which suits mostly thermoplastic sheets made of HDPE, PP, PVC, PVDF. It is designed for D.V.S. 2208, but it also suits D.V.S. 2207 kind of materials. Because the device works both horizontally and vertically, it can perform many type of welding. A control panel in the machine controls all the operation with ease and security. The process is set in accordance with suitable pressure and temperature for D.V.S. 2208 and D.V.S. 2207. We can also set the process, and can decide the dimension of material according to the need of our clients. Welding cycles up to 4000 can be stored automatically
