Description

The KFD-AF series is manufactured by Roehm, and is a power-operated three-jaw chuck with a compensating function. The compensating action is executed by the radially floating chucking piston. The unit is flexible as it can be converted into a self-centering chuck via changing the centering insert. The KFD-AF series has a body made of steel, and all of its wearing components are both hardened and ground. The series is equipped with a variety of components such as exchangeable centering inserts, spring-loaded center, and a centering shoulder.
