Load cells constantly measure the weight of the weighing hopper and it's contents. The amount of product in the hopper and the required target weight in the bag are continuously monitored by the control system and precise dosing is guaranteed Using this technology it is possible to optimise the weighing process and to guarantee minimum product give-away in accordance with industry standards (FPV).
The patented packing system combining auger weigher and intermittent bagging machine, ensures almost dust free packaging of toxic products. Residual levels of dust enclosed in the system are extracted by vacuum, to ensure sealing area is kept clean.
