RED ELECTRO-ENAMEL AIR AND OVEN DRYING ANTI-FLASH G-144 THERMAL CLASS F (155ºC) ANTI-FLASH G-144 electro-enamel is a red Alkyl-epoxi varnish, with incorporated mineral additives that provide special thermal conductivity and dielectric rigidity properties. It is highly resistant to Class F temperature (155ºC). Its main characteristic is protection of the winding against sparks that may occur between the collector and the winding, or between the collector and the metal casing of the motor. The viscosity of this varnish allows for the gaps between the wires of the winding to be filled. ANTI-FALSH G-144 can be applied to windings or surfaces which are subjected to humidity (marine motors), or in environments with a high dust level.
