Concrete skip with discharge hose
TU
Secatol SAS
The TU bucket wholly set free the working place and the pouring control is executed with a nylon rope attached to a spring return lever while the operator stay on ground level: a single slack is needed and the shutting is automatic.
The 3 meters length flexible pipe connected with round bucket outlet guides the concrete flowing and avoids segregation.
The TU bucket originality clearly appears in the concrete flowing continuity from the bucket to the formwork. The bucket outlet has been especially studied to obtain maximal tightness by using machined parts and special steel, and is removable. That device allows taking advantage of the concrete pressure in the bucket to energetically flow out the concrete into the 3 meter long hose.
A titling receptacle prevents cement grout from dripping.
Caissoned legs and square hopper constitute a very strong and compact assembly making loading easier and revealing a well-known design on worksites. The TU skip convinced users by its security, flexibility, precision and cleanliness to pour concrete in narrow shuttering or columns and had been acquired by most of construction and civil engineering companies; it is a high return on investment through its productivity and optimal safety
