The progressive rise of the needles is actuated by the operator by means of a hand wheel.
The needles remain in the fabric from the beginning of padding till the end of cutting.
Severals diameters of pins according to fabrics
Tables are availables in STANDARD model or VACUUM ESCA3 model.
The ESCA CMA CUTTER allows cutting through the pins.
