CSM is the most efficient machine on the market to construct foundations by mixing cement with soil, at low costs.

Use
CSM can be used to construct temporary diaphragm walls, cut off walls and punctual foundation oblong piles. It mixes the cement slurry with the excavated ground at the bottom of the tool. So the quantity of excavated earth is small. It must be erected with one slurry mixer and one grouting pump.

Versatility
CSM can be erected very quickly in half a day.
CSM can drill close to a building without guide walls, in several ground types, up to 80 ft in depth with a mast mounting, or up to 98 ft with crane mounting.
CSM exists in 110 in wide, and with 5 thicknesses (from 19.7 to 39.40 in).

Performance
CSM drills the ground on the descending motion, and mixes the ground with the cement slurry on the ascending motion.
The manufactured oblong pile is constructed very quickly. The drilling rates can be increased up to 270 ft2/h.
The cement dosages depend on the ground to be mixed. Thanks to the position of the hydraulic motors in the drums, CSM limits the jamming risks very much.

Safety
The assembling systems of the different elements are simple and quick, assuring work with safety.
