Automatic resistance welding line for electronic components / plate

Assembling by resistance welding of electronic components on a plate. Automatic loading of the pre-moulded plate and the components. Automatic feeding, loading and welding of two terminals.
Welding process achieved by several 1000 Hz medium frequency power sources; each of them achieving 2400 welds / hour, divided in two stations.
Welding heads type RPB 30, equipped with force control through a piezo-electrical sensor and position measuring device through optical system. Control of the welded parts via a vision system.
