Tecnomatic extrusion lines are the result of a production concept which has been tested in the field over the years, the Technical Office and the R&D Department represent the design fulcrum, while the investments in innovation are the constant support.
The use of CAD systems (traditional / 3D / polymer flow simulation) combined with Tecnomatic's own exclusive software and consolidated quality control procedures through 5 axis CNC machines guarantee total correspondence between the paper design and the finished product.

Our lines include all components of the production process: mono screw extruders, pipe forming heads, calibration tanks with relative calibrators, cooling tanks as well as all associated auxiliary machinery: markers, haul-offs, SAWS, WINDING MACHINE and TILTING TABLE.
