The AGIWASH range of machines has been developed to degrease components which need to be fully immersed in hot water soluble detergents. The AGIWASH is particularly effective for cleaning tubular items or components that have hollows which need to be flushed through with detergent. These machines are fitted with a pneumatic ram which is connected to the wash basket carrier. A lever control raises the wash basket to the loading position and the basket is loaded then lowered into the detergent. During the wash cycle, the basket is raised and lowered by the pneumatic ram at an approximate rate of 60 strokes per minute, causing a flushing action to occur. The cycle time is adjustable and resets each time the lid is opened. The components are cleaned quickly and flash dry in seconds.

Options for the Agiwash include multi-stage agitation for complex part cleaning ie ultrasonics and pumped water agitation which are just a couple of the options that can be added with a PCB range of machines.
