Baskets are loaded with components onto the Sledge Wash machine and is then pushed along the tracks in a sledge-like movement. This machine is tailor-made to meet the needs of the customer and can be made up of as many different wash stages as required, and can be as big or small as needed. Vixen’s Sledge Washers are designed to minimise the amount of manual handling during the wash process, and are PLC controlled in different styles, such as Siemens and Mitsubishi to ensure a constant washing process.
