The Agisonic is a programmable multi function wash plant which comprises ultrasonic functions coupled to a separate wash cycle using the Vixen Agiwash function. The Agisonic was developed where immersion and ultrasonics are simply not strong enough for very heavy contamination. The Agisonic operates using an immerse wash coupled to a strong flushing action which occurs when the component is moved up and down quickly while being submersed in a moving hot water based cleaning fluid.

The Agisonic has several menus which enable a multi programme wash cycle.

The ultrasonic action coupled to the Agitation cleaning cycle gives maximum cleaning efficiency with many difficult applications including:
* Machined castings with blind holes
* Bent tubes with cutting fluids
* Narrow diameter tubes

Models Available
The Agisonic is available with basket lengths ranging from 500mm to 2 metres long. It is also available with twin tanks and transfer trolley where wash and rinse may be required.
