- Fast operating speed of up to 80" per second supports a continuous workflow. * Electric motor, 230v or 460v/3ph/60 Hz electric power is standard.
- Panel: The 1-5/8" thick door panel is made of hot-dipped galvanized steel, enclosing a urethane core, providing optimal insulation for energy savings with an R-value of 12.4. The innovative Micrograin™ exterior surface finish is a White Aluminum color (RAL 9006). Synthetic panel connectors provide an extremely smooth and quiet door operation.
- The Duratec® double pane windows offer exceptional insulation and are coated with a proprietary glazing which prevents marks and scratches caused by cleaning. Duratec® windows retain their clear view even after many cleanings and with heavy use which ultimately reduces maintenance costs and downtime.
- Guide tracks: Galvanized steel with enclosed chain. Precision guiding with synthetic side rollers for minimal wear on chains. * Low headroom option requires only 22" of space above the door opening and easily accommodates low-clearance applications. * The standard 8'0" high light curtain is integral with the guide track, making it less susceptible to damage by passing loads. Light beams shine across the opening and if a beam is interrupted, the door is automatically reversed.
