Moreover, there is no harmful direct contact with organic per­oxides. Any quantity of polyester resin can be drawn off the Wolfangel Polyester Resin Filling Plant. While polyester resin is supplied, it is mixed with the required quan­ti­ty of peroxide in the once set propor­tion. The performance depends on the rating of the pump combination and can achieve 40 kg/min. The supply is regulated via the working pressure and via an air choke. As accessory, an exact pneumatically controlled quantity regulation device can be installed, by which the quantity is supplied by pressing a button. It is not necessary to flush the plant after the required resin quantity has been delivered.
