These axial impellers are designed for high discharge and low or medium shearing stress.
The selection is made on the base of the grade of the product viscosity:
* Propeller : Up to 1000 cps and 1000 mm diameter
* Hydrofoil impellers: up to 15,000 cps and 2500 mm diameter
* Pitched blade turbine: up to 25,000 cps and 3000 mm diameter
* Helical ribbon: from 50,000 up to 1,000,000 cps and 3500 mm diameter (see picture)
