C370H Water Vapor Transmission Rate Test System is designed and manufactured based on the gravimetric method (cup method), in compliance with ASTM E96 and GB 1037. This test system provides a wide range and high-efficiency water vapor transmission rate testing for pharmaceutical packaging films and containers. It is also suitable for water vapor permeability testing of films, containers, sheet materials, paper, textiles, nonwovens, and related materials in the fields of food, medical devices, daily chemicals, and new energy.Product Features360° air circulation constant temperature technology ensures a stable test environment.Imported high-precision temperature and humidity sensors and control system monitor real-time changes.Pneumatic chamber seal design automatically separates the test chamber and weighing chamber, preventing the influence of high temperature and humidity on the balance.Centralized three-dimensional purge design ensures uniform airflow distribution across the test dish, eliminating local deviations.Standard airflow speed maintains a constant humidity difference inside and outside the test dish. The chamber automatically generates and maintains a stable temperature, humidity, and airflow environment according to specified test conditions. Water vapor permeates the specimen and diffuses to the dry side.
