The Gripwell light duty aluminum fastener is usable to secure belting on the bucket elevators. It secures the belt by means of its two ends and grips them between extruded serrated plates. It is further clamped together by using these zinc plated high tensile bolts and plated self locking nuts. This will provides rustproof and reliable fastening. The Gripwell light duty aluminum fastener ensures smooth belt run over the pulley with very minimum stress on the joint. It also ensures that no relative movement takes place between the two belt ends. This can happen in the event of an overlapping joint passing over the pulleys.
