Adding to AAEON’s industrial motherboard lineup, the MIX-Q870A1 is a Mini-ITX board designed for compact, high-performance embedded and industrial applications. It supports up to 65W Intel® Core™ Ultra 200S Series processors and delivers up to 36 TOPS of integrated AI performance by combining Arrow Lake Xe LPG graphics with an on-chip NPU. The platform offers broad compatibility with common AI frameworks and multiple expansion options for modular deployments.

• CPU support and AI: Supports up to 65W Intel® Core™ Ultra 200S Series processors in LGA 1851 socket (Arrow Lake-S). Integrated AI performance reaches up to 36 TOPS via Xe LPG graphics combined with an on-chip NPU. Compatible with OpenVINO™, WindowsML, DirectML, and ONNX Runtime for accelerated inference workflows.
• PCIe and expansion: One PCIe Gen 5 x16 slot (16 lanes) with a bifurcation jumper allows lane splitting to accommodate additional modules such as NVMe SSDs, NICs, frame grabbers or fieldbus cards, enabling flexible expansion even when a discrete GPU is present.
• Storage: Flexible storage configuration with an M.2 2280 M-Key (four-lane PCIe for NVMe or AI accelerator), an M.2 2242 M-Key (SATA), and two SATA 6Gb/s ports. Intel® RST support enables RAID 0/1 configurations on SATA drives for improved data redundancy.
• Display and I/O: Up to four independent displays via two HDMI 2.0 and two DisplayPort 1.4 outputs; 40-pin LVDS/eDP connector for embedded panels. Rear I/O provides eight USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports and internal headers for additional USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports.
• Networking and headers: Dual Ethernet interfaces (2.5GbE + 1GbE). Includes an 8-bit programmable internal digital I/O header and a USB header supporting two extra USB 3.2 Gen 1 interfaces for custom I/O and peripherals.
