Description

The AC221 conductivity cell is designed for insertion in pipelines, vessels and process sample lines in power plants, ion-exchangers, reverse osmosis and chip cleaning applications. The cells are constructed with stainless steel electrodes and are resistant to polarization, requiring virtually no maintenance. A choice of cable connection methods is available, including a detachable connector that eliminates incorrect connections. Critical temperature measurement is included with a world-beating response of less than 30 seconds, enabling rapid compensation and remote output. Data Stainless steel electrodes enabling measurements down to 0.055 µS/cm ultra-pure water 3/4 in. BSP or NPT process connection Choice of 0.01 or 0.10 cell constants Integral Pt100 temperature sensor Maximum temperature 200 °C (392 °F)* Maximum pressure 20 bar (290 psi) Rapid temperature measurement T90 < 30 s Problem-free, integral, terminal-head or detachable cable connection Ingress protection IP 68 * When used with ABB high temperature cable
