Description

Cupro Nickel Tubes for Heat Exchangers & Condensers Cupro Nickel Tubes are used to vast majority of heat transfer equipment applications, the transfer of heat takes place between two fluid streams. This thermally conductive wall is the tube in shell-and-tube type heat exchangers that make up a large percentage of such units in power plants, ships, the chemical process industry and in desalination. Cupro Nickel is critical component in condensers and other heat exchangers and must perform well over long periods of time under sometimes very difficult operating conditions. Cu-Ni alloys have established a long and successful history in seawater cooled heat exchangers. Application : Heat Exchanger & Condenser MOQ : 1000Kgs Product Benefits : The addition of nickel to copper improves its strength and durability and also the resistance to corrosion, erosion and cavitation in all natural waters including seawater and brackish, treated or polluted waters. The alloys also show excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking and corrosion fatigue. Grade : (90/10) - C70600 / (70/30) - C71500 Temper : Soft (Annealed) | Hard | Half Hard | Quarter Hard BRAND : ABCO BENEFITS More compact and robust than a wiring harness. Distributes power efficiently. Cupro Nickel Pipe are Very Good Conductor. Easily customised for whatever purpose. Cost Effective in the Long Run. Recyclable . SPECIFICATIONS » IS - Indian Standard » BS - British Standards » EN - European Nation Standards » ASTM - American Standards » AS - Australian Standards » JIS - Japanesse Standards .
