Strong, heat-stabilized nylon filaments form the essence of Abtex’s brush-deburring superiority. Once filament size and density have been established, the entire filament – tip and sides – is thoroughly impregnated with an appropriate abrasive grit. This engineered combination provides not only the flexibility to deburr even the most difficult crevices while maintaining surface tolerances, but also the consistency required to ensure even tolerances throughout.
