Product overviewThe ECMac is a compact, highly integrated all-in-one motion controller and drive with AC input (85–250 Vac) for cost-sensitive OEM applications. Its multi-processor architecture runs advanced motion and servo algorithms and provides a universal servo drive interface for multiple motor types and precision stages.
Key features- Integrated controller and drive in a compact panel-mount unit
- Supports 1 or 2 control axes
- Drive supply input 85–250 Vac (single- or three-phase)
- Advanced programming and on-the-fly position event generation
Capabilities- Application development: development tools and ACSPL programming support to accelerate implementation
- Motion profile generation: profile generation algorithms to improve throughput and accuracy
- Servo control: servo algorithms to optimize motion stage performance (e.g., NanoPWM, ServoBoost/LearningBoost)
- Motion-to-process synchronization: high-speed event triggering and position capture synchronized to motion for improved throughput and resolution
