AT4001 is recognised by UL and conforms to BS EN 60454-3-8 Type 1 AT4001 is a single-sided woven glass cloth tape with a rubber thermosetting solvent based rubber – resin adhesive used in electrical insulation of coils, insulation of square conductors in traction motors and generators and tensional strapping of coils and armature windings. It has a high temperature resistance to 130˚C and high mechanical strength making it a very strong tape to support a weight.
