The AV-R is a flexible corona station for internal and external surface pre-treatment of polymer pipes. The extruded polymer pipe is used as dielectric between the inner and outer electrode. Safe and easy access for the operator for adjustment and cleaning. Remote control interfaces: Factory bus (Profi-bus, Can-bus, Profinet, Ethernet, etc.), remote control via own HMI, remote control via analogue interface. No external high-voltage cables. Transformers are connected directly to the electrodes, corresponding minimisation of spare parts. Fully enclosed metal housing. Outer electrode continuously adjustable by means of parallelogram for pipe diameters from 400 mm to 1600 mm
