The AGILOX ONE offers a wide range of load carriers for flexible and efficient logistics solutions. All AMRs communicate and exchange information about their position and status. The AGILOX AMRs use X-SWARM technology to dynamically decide which vehicle takes on which task. This solution enables communication and interaction between the AMRs for swarm intelligence. If one robot fails, the others take over to maintain the flow of goods. The AMRs recognize obstacles autonomously and take evasive action to ensure an uninterrupted material flow supply. OBSTACLE AVOIDANCE Additional 3D sensors in the direction of travel to increase safety in the human-machine mixing environment. ESD PROTECTION Protection or discharge measure for operation in areas with ESD requirements to avoid electrostatic charging. SIGNAL LIGHT PACKAGE Light signal to increase safety in human-machine mixed traffic (blue, green, red), additional signal lights at the fork tips (white, yellow). RUBBER GUARDS Rubber protection as dirt deflectors in the front area of the AMR. CHARGING DEVICES Selectable between mobile or stationary chargers. BARCODE READER Scanner for recognizing barcodes and QR codes. PLUG & PERFORM Our Plug & Perform technology allows our AMRs to be implemented in less than 12 hours and enables rapid process changes in a matter of minutes. SAFETY Our AMRs are certified for a variety of different industry safety standards (e.g. CE, UL, ISO 3691-4). BOX CARRIER The AGILOX BCO (Box Carrier) is an add-on module for the AGILOX ONE, capable of automatically picking up Euro pallets and expandable with up to eight conveyors on four levels.
