Vertical and lateral agitators: Designed for installation in large capacity tanks and process reactors for the chemical, petrochemical, food and pharmaceutical sectors. Equipped with turret bearing housing. Transmission by means of parallel shaft or conical gears with an output of up to 200 kW. Sealing system based on mechanical sealing for high-pressure process and high temperatures. Sealed turrets with special extraction systems that allow for the mechanical seal to be changed in a straightforward way, quickly and safely, without having to remove the agitator from the tank. Execution for installation in ATEX classified areas. Construction of the shaft and the agitating elements using steels, special alloys and coatings, 904L, Hastelloy, Duplex, 254 SMO, Titanium, Inconel, Ebonite, Halar, Resins. Study of outputs and agitating processes via fluid-dynamic simulations and (CFD) mechanical calculations of the materials used to make up the different components (shafts, turbines, turrets).
