Our Complete System Includes

• 1) Cartonplast® Extrusion Line: Tailored lines for producing PP hollow profile sheets from virgin, recycled, or mixed raw materials. Support provided to identify optimal profile geometry based on target application (box, pallet, tray), required number of reuses, and environmental/mechanical constraints.
• 2) Sealing & Die-Cutting System: Exclusive machine that seals both flute and cross-flute directions, usable on high-thickness and high-grammage sheets. Benefits include prevention of dust/bacteria accumulation inside flutes, ensuring hygienic conditions for reuse, and trapping air in sealed flutes for added rigidity (allowing lighter sheets).
• 3) Assembly Machine for Reusable Packaging: Uses hot air jet welding (no glue, no hot melt) to assemble components made entirely of polypropylene. Ensures monomaterial construction (fully recyclable), enhanced strength and durability, and compatibility with food, pharmaceutical, and cleanroom logistics.
