Description

AHCON’s fully automatic wheel lift, WL 900, is the perfect first element in an ergonomic assembly line for wheels. With a wheel lift the fitter avoids having to bend down and perform heavy lifting from the floor in order to get the wheels up to the same height as, among other things, the bead breaker and tyre changer. The lifting function is automatically triggered when a wheel is rolled onto the plate in front of the wheel lift. WL 900+ is equipped with a support table, with room for 3 wheels whereby the wheel lift in total can handle 4 wheels at a time. FEATURES: No more manually lifting from the floor to the bead breaker or tyre changer Fully automatic function With rolls for an effortless transport of the wheel Including supply table for 3 wheels Room for 4 wheels in total WHEEL LIFT WL 900+ HOW IT WORKS A fully automatic wheel lift combined with a roller table with enough space for 3 wheels is in our opinion a perfect start of an ergonomic assembly line. The use: The mechanic rolls the wheel onto the the small plate at the front of the lift, after which it is lifted automatically. From the roller table it is now easy to bring the wheels effortless to the bead breaker or the tyre changer in the assembly line. No bending, no lifting, no hard work. Just an automatic lifting of the wheels to an ergonomic working height. That's an intelligent way to work with wheels. Please notice that the 900-model is delivered without the supply table. The model from the pictures is the 900+. but the function of the lifting part is the sam for both models.
