Application The DIN trays can be used in a wide variety of devices and vehicles from different manufacturers with standardized batteries in any color. The 24 V 3/300 DIN B is also available as a sprayed plastic trough in the colour RAL 7021. The DIN trays meet all requirements of the standard (DIN 43531, DIN 43535, DIN 43536 and DIN EN 62485-3), are individually 100% tested for breakdown with 5 kV and provided with a QS seal. The base material is steel with a coating and color of your choice. The standard is the PE coating using the fluidized bed sintering process in the colors RAL 7021, RAL 1028, RAL 2002, JH-GR and RAL 9005. For common special colors such as RAL 2000, the trough is PE-coated and then sprayed with RAL 2000 powder, which, in contrast to wet paint, is less sensitive to mechanical stress. For all other RAL colours, the trough is PE coated and then painted over with wet paint. On request, the trough can also be PUR coated and painted in the required color.
