MANIPULATORS Bosio product portfolio also includes manipulators and other load handling solutions. We offer automatic handling of casted, forged as well as rolled parts. Our most successful product is Bosio manipulator MAN, which enables XYZ movement. With MAN we achieve very short times for movement in all shifts, since it is of the utmost importance to get the heat treated parts as fast as possible from furnace to quenching tank. Due to the high working temperatures the lower part of the housing is always water cooled. All of our load handling solutions can be easily operated from the PC control station.
