Intralogistics projects for filling plants — from the empty container to the wrapped pallet
Plenty of companies sell conveyors. What a filling plant needs is someone who designs how it moves: where the empty containers arrive, how they reach each filler, where full pallets are labelled and wrapped, how many forklifts and operators that takes, and where the line can grow. AiCROV does that work as an engineering project, then builds and integrates every piece — our own fillers and conveyors and the equipment of other makers — under one control system and one project manager.
What an intralogistics project includes
Flow and layout study
From your production plan and your building to a layout drawing: lanes, buffers, forklift access, operator positions and safety zones.
Capacity sizing
Buffers before and after each filler, sized so the filler never waits for a forklift or an operator — from a few containers to twelve pallets on each side.
Integration of the whole line
Fillers, cappers, labellers, coders, palletizers and stretch wrappers, including equipment from other makers or already in your plant, run from one control system. One supplier is responsible for the whole line.
Safety of the whole line
Fencing, interlocked doors and light barriers with muting, designed for the line as a whole, not machine by machine.
Testing and start-up
The line is tested in our workshop where it can be, started up on site by the same team, and handed over through our Project Execution Process.
